Beautiful Food and Surroundings pity about the service This is possibly the most beautiful restaurant in Lanzarote, the setting is idyllic. A very inviting swimming pool is the centre piece to this oasis on a volcanic island. The ambience was further enhanced on or visit by some live entertainment from an excellent singer singing cover versions of popular songs in a "jazz" style. The food was excellent, I went for the iberian ham croquettes which were to die for and the Wagyu Beef Hamburger which was excellent. Everyone in the party of 5 were delighted with their food, the big let down here was the service. Slow to take orders, slow to react to requests and even slow/none existent drinks orders. Granted the restaurant was a little busy but nothing that looked too much of a problem for the number of staff on shift, they just failed to look after tabled once they had served them their food. The Maitre d' was, in my humble opinion, useless. He was more concerned with his appearance and his radio (link to staff and kitchen I expect) than attending his guests.

12 Puerta del Carmen restaurants in 12 days Day 6 This restaurant is located just beside our Villa and is part of a very high end resort with multiple quality facilities. Dinner service starts at 1900 but we arrived early and had a very pleasant drink at the bar. Food was beautiful and local as you see from the photos. A Mexican vibe is present and was a bit of a mix that felt off. Our servers were great, Mexican I think, but the front of house staff were not particularly easy.

Rundum gelungen Wir waren hier im Rahmen der Halbpension eine Woche lang täglich zum Abendessen und konnten so nahezu die gesamte Karte ausgiebig testen. Alle Speisen sind perfekt zubereitet, in Top Qualität und super lecker. Sehr nettes Personal.

El personal atento, educado. El ambiente delicado, acogedor. La música sumó mucho al momento (Jamie Culum) Gran variedad en vinos y especialmente de Lanzarote. Si te animas, recuerda que hay que hacer reserva si o si. También disponen de brunch. No dejes de ir si te gustan los lugares con encanto y comida ..... exquisita. Como en cualquier otro restaurante, las bebidas son lo que encarecen más la cuenta. La comida está increíble y con una calidad inmejorable. No dejes que te lo cuenten!!! 😉Volveremos pronto!!! Significant birthday I was among twenty guests at a significant birthday party (one with a zero). The location is spectacular. We had a pre-dinner drink in the bar area and then had a meal in the dining room. Although the bar service was a little slow, the staff were friendly. The meal was five courses and the individual portions were both interesting and an appropriate size. The service was very good.

A great place! A great restaurant in a beautiful setting. The food was excellent, made from locally sourced produce, and made a change from the usual fare. The bar area is fantastic , especially at night, serving great drinks also. Great staff too!

Amazing place, amazing food!! Cannot wait to return What a hidden gem! The food is presented with style, the menu is imaginative with great combination dishes, it all tastes amazing! The statement liquid olive was delicious. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The venue is stunning, so stylish with great chilled out music. We cannot wait to return.

Ein kleiner Ort der Entspannung mit kulinarischen Highlights Was für ein wundervoller Ort für einen romantischen Abend mit kulinarischen Highlights.In einem Wohngebiet gelegenen Gebiet befindet sich dieses Restaurant bunt gestaltet. Als Pool Lounge sind Tische um einen Poolbereich geordnet sowie in einem separaten als Restaurant mit glas abgetrennten Bereich. Eine sehr angenehme Umgebung für einen wundervollen Abend an. Die Gerichte überraschend positiv mit herrlich abgestimmten Gewürzen, eine optisch, sehr ansprechend Abbildung und einen perfekten Service. Wir waren äußerst positiv überrascht und werden auf jeden Fall dieses Restaurant erneut besuchen. Besondere Erwähnung findet sich bei dem zubereiteten Octopus.
